Blind Fixed
Our innovative team have developed several blind fixed methods for you, so your laser cut sign project can float off the surface with no visible fixings. This option works especially well for Corten Rusting Steel, as front face fixings can create rust colour runs over time.
Decorative Front Face Fixed
We love specifying high quality front face fixings, such as dome headed nuts or pan headed screws, in a contrasting polished, brushed Stainless Steel or coloured finish, which makes a feature of the fixing itself and can create a more industrialised look.
Two Layered/With Backing
Brushed or polished Stainless Steel or a contrasting coloured backing creates excellent legibility and a striking result for your laser cut signage project. There is also the option of using a backing panel in the same colour, creating an effect which is more subtle.
Three Dimensional
As Cutout specialises in various manufacturing techniques, we offer numerous thickness and fixing options; such as this three-dimensional business sign, featuring thick, water-jet cut individual letters in an antiqued gold finish, spaced off a subtly textured matte black backing panel.
Free-Standing/Side Fixed
Your free-standing laser cut signage can be set within our specialised matching supports or your own material such as timber. The sign can also be set from floor to ceiling or within a space/cavity, using our perimeter rigidity/fixing folds, showing no front face fixings.
Jigsaw Joinery
Cutout first developed this fixing method for corporate laser cut business signage projects, to replicate multi-coloured logos. Since then, our design and production teams have created more complex, single layered Jigsaw Art pieces, for highly specialised signage concepts.
