A Fixing Method For Every Application
Let us help you choose the best fixing method for your architectural screening, cladding or specialised signage project.
Our Clients Requirements Are Varied And Individual
- The finest fixing methods are offered for each application
- Practical and simplistic solutions to finish the job properly
- Innovative and daring methods created for those who raise the bar
- Minimalist effects relying only on the product and design
- Our passion for fixings means you can rely on us to get this right
Our innovative team have developed several blind fixed methods, so your external cladding, architectural screen or laser cut sign project can float off the surface with no visible fixings. This option works especially well for Corten Rusting Steel, as front face fixings create rust colour runs over time.
Decorative Front Face Fixed
We love specifying high quality decorative front face fixings for our laser cut signs and wall art, such as dome headed nuts or pan headed screws, in either a contrasting polished or brushed Stainless Steel or perhaps coloured finish, which can make a feature of the fixing itself and can create a more industrialised look.
Two Layered/With Backing
A superb brushed or polished Stainless Steel or a contrasting coloured backing panel creates excellent legibility and a striking result for your laser cut sign project. There is also the option of using a backing panel in the same colour, which creates a more subtle effect.
As Cutout specialises in various manufacturing techniques for our clients projects, we offer numerous thickness and fixing options; such as this three-dimensional business sign, featuring thick, water-jet cut letters in an antiqued brushed gold finish, set off a subtly textured matte black backing.
Your free-standing laser cut privacy screen or property sign can be set within our specialised matching supports or your own material such as timber. Your architectural screen or signage can also be set from floor to ceiling or within a space/cavity, using our perimeter rigidity/fixing folds, showing no front face fixings.
Cutout first developed this fixing method for corporate laser cut business signage projects, to replicate multi-coloured logos. Since then, our design and production teams have created more complex, single layered Jigsaw Art pieces, for highly specialised concepts.
