CUTOUT has created this custom door grille using 3mm thick powder coated Aluminium. Our laser cutout bamboo design completes this contemporary kitchen and adds even more class to its surrounds. Aluminium is an extremely versatile material and is perfect for this particular interior application. As this cutout panel is light-weight, it makes for easier installation and is cheaper to handle and deliver. Our decorative grille was sent to Canberra and once the custom design had been finalised and approved by the client, this concept was delivered and installed within four weeks.

This elegant 12mm thick MDF decorative screen was sent to Point Arkwright in Queensland. Our client was looking for an art piece to feature on the entrance wall of her contemporary home. Many material options were discussed as weight and depth of dimension were of the utmost importance. Timber was chosen as it is light weight and can be laser cut quite thickly, therefore creating a 3D attraction upon entering this stunning home.

Our CUTOUT decorative screens have created a grand entrance and focal point in Fashion Lounge on Flinders Lane, Melbourne. Using 5mm thick Mild Steel and our glorious cutout design, we have created screens which display grandeur and immense style. Our rather dramatic laser cut screens lead the way into this stylish Melbourne establishment. Although our design is based on twelfth century works , our screens certainly compliment the aesthetics of this contemporary setting.

This display panel in Glen Iris is at the first stages of the rusting process. Notice how this decorative panel is starting to display some bright orange colours and interesting surface textures. This colour was achieved after just one day, by applying a saline solution we have sped up this process. Clients can have this rusted appearance on their decorative screens very quickly and do not have to worry about the rusting
process continuing. The outside layer of the steel will rust to a point, and then will remain stable. We can then treat the surface with penetrating oil; this not only protects the surface, but gives it another dimension, a darker more subtle finish is achieved.

This decorative display panel was designed for the award-winning Lyrebird Falls Wedding Reception centre. Our double layered laser-cut Mild Steel feature Screens are part of the steel balustrade around the timber decking of this beautiful reception centre in the heart of the Dandenongs. Our design reflects one of Australia’s most famous natives, the Lyrebird. Nestled at the Foot-hills of this Blue Mountains setting on the outskirts of Sherbrooke Forest, this display piece reflects its’ surrounds perfectly. Our chosen ‘asteroid’ powder-coating picks up on the glints of sunlight which creep through the tree ferns and down into the Gully where Lyrebird Falls is situated.
