This Corten rusted steel sign for Smugglers Cove in Malua Bay NSW has been left as a flat sheet so the sign can wrap around the curved rock wall behind. This laser cut sign has been fixed from behind so no fixtures are visible from the front face.

This CUTOUT custom sign was developed for the Elizabeth Walker Education Centre at Animal Aid in Coldstream, Victoria.

Our specialty laser cut sign is a superb example of how Corten (rusted steel) can be used as contemporary signage for commercial or residential application.

This project posed some interesting challenges in regard to attaching Corten steel to a corrugated iron wall and ensuring no rust leaching would occur over time.
Galvanised steel RHS rails have been fabricated which set the sign slightly off the wall, thus eliminating this potential rust leaching problem.

Notice how fixtures are not prominent on this sign, giving the impressing it is floating off the surface of the wall. This feature sign is a fine example of CUTOUTs ability to custom design and manufacture solutions for our clients in any situation.
